Cursor achieved a US$29.3 billion valuation and surpassed $3 billion in annual recurring revenue by early 2026. On June 16, 2026, it was announced that SpaceX will acquire Cursor, valuing the company at $60 billion, it will be placed under its xAI subsidiary.
